What you will do

  • Lead regional marketing strategy for Southern Europe, prioritizing the French market for growth.
  • Develop the regional marketing mix, including owned events, trade shows, campaigns, webinars, and partner activations.
  • Align marketing investments with sales leadership to target priority segments and pipeline goals.
  • Manage hirify.global's end-to-end presence at major industry events in France and the region.
  • Act as the strategic voice of Southern Europe in EMEA and global planning sessions.
  • Oversee regional budgets, reporting, and performance analysis to maximize business impact.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English and French is required.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Paris office (office-centric hybrid).
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of shaping marketing strategy specifically for the French market.
  • Strong commercial judgment to turn broad company priorities into focused regional plans.
  • Confidence in partnering with senior sales stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Spanish or Italian.
  • Experience handling multiple European markets.
  • Curiosity and ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and decision-making.
