• Engage in the escalation process as a liaison between business and technology teams.
• Maintain flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil
• Business-level proficiency in English (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
• Degree in IT or Engineering
• General IT knowledge and ability to learn new technical skills
• Ability to work calmly and professionally in high-pressure situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
