What you will do

• Collect, track, and compile compelling content for publication across various products.
• Collaborate on content strategies and manage resources, including freelance writers and third-party vendors.
• Edit content according to AP Standards and approve final pages prior to publication.
• Oversee the weekly uploading of content to the WordPress CMS.
• Coordinate with clients, sales teams, and external contributors.
• Manage projects independently with minimal daily supervision.

Requirements

• Must be based in Walnut Creek, California.
• Ability to edit content strictly according to AP Standards.
• General understanding of WordPress CMS content uploads.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Excel), Acrobat, and FileZilla.
• Junior College (AA) Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, media, or journalism.
