Salary: $80,000 - $95,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with writers and editors to develop high-interest business stories across all platforms.
• Oversee the production of targeted newsletters and special sections.
• Drive digital innovation by implementing new storytelling formats and multimedia integration.
• Use analytics to identify coverage topics and optimize audience engagement.
• Lead coverage in tandem with the Events Team and contribute to special community events.
• Assist breaking news teams during off-hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional journalism experience in a newsroom.
• Supervisory experience leading a team of writers or digital producers.
• Proficiency in curating and producing newsletters.
• Strong ability to edit and write copy using AP Style.
• Proven success using analytics to guide news coverage.
• Strong organizational skills for long-term editorial planning.
