What you will do

• Lead search planning and execution across SEO, AI visibility, paid search, and adjacent paid online channels.
• Use intent and performance insights to identify gaps in the LLM-era buyer journey and prioritize improvements.
• Translate marketing and business priorities into quarterly channel plans and optimization roadmaps.
• Oversee day-to-day channel execution, ensuring work is prioritized effectively.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of search specialists.

Requirements

• Experience in search marketing with expertise across both organic and paid search in a B2B, software, SaaS, or technology-oriented environment.
• People-management experience leading and developing search, SEO, PPC, or related digital marketing specialists.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Salesforce, BI or reporting tools, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and common SEO and SEM platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience working across multiple regions or international teams.
• Experience supporting demand generation, pipeline reporting, and full-funnel performance analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
