is a subsidiary of OHB SE, focusing on the development, system integration and supply of structural and thermal subsystems for European Space Agency (ESA) projects.
What you will do
- Manage full-cycle technical recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with the HR Generalist to ensure smooth internal HR operations.
- Develop and execute PR and marketing strategies to enhance the company's public visibility.
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) and maintain website content.
- Coordinate company representation at national and international fairs and conferences.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
- Proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn and experience working with ATS (ideally Cornerstone).
- Ability to assess technical competencies and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Must be based in or able to work from Brno, Czech Republic.
