What you will do

• Manage end-to-end invoicing and re-invoicing processes according to client SOPs.
• Oversee invoice confirmation and handle payment tracking for complex client portfolios.
• Serve as the initial point of escalation for analysts to resolve high-complexity billing incidents.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and prepare reports on cash flow and financial metrics.
• Collaborate on client onboarding and implementation calls to document SOP and COP requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in AR operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Computer Systems with proven billing experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in SQL, Excel, and visual reporting tools like Tableau.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and cross-cultural teams.
