TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Bromley, UK (Hybrid/Remote)

What you will do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
  • Manage the Customer Care mailbox to ensure all interactions meet defined SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within Dynamics 365.
  • Take ownership of customer complaints and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care Manager to uphold ISO9001 quality procedures.
  • Analyze customer feedback data, including CSAT and NPS, to identify process improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom
  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global products and services.
  • Understanding of ISO9001, ITIL, or other quality service frameworks.
