What you will do

• Monitor merchant, provider, and terminal traffic to ensure optimal system performance.
• Oversee merchant routing and switching processes to maintain seamless payment operations.
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to manage terminal switching and ensure adherence to regulatory limits.
• Generate, maintain, and analyze custom reports based on business and operational needs.
• Evaluate merchant traffic patterns to provide actionable insights for Key Account Management and Sales teams.
• Organize and deliver training sessions on system operations and reporting tools for internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of business analysis, data interpretation, or operational reporting processes.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with data sets and dashboards.
• Russian language proficiency is required.
• Good command of English is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience working with data systems, reporting tools, or transactional environments.
• Previous exposure to fintech, payments, PSP, EMI, or banking environments.
