Ancillaries Business Analyst (Travel)

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. Relocation support is provided.

What you will do

• Analyze data to generate business insights for the ancillary strategic roadmap and product portfolio improvements.
• Partner with Product, CX, Data Science, and Marketing teams to identify key metrics and develop decision-driving dashboards.
• Develop and communicate business cases for new ancillary products, including pricing and break-even analysis.
• Monitor and track business KPIs using internal Business Intelligence tools and internal data.
• Support internal projects and influence stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of desired outcomes.
• Research and share relevant market information internally to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.).
• Experience in roles with strong analytical and project management components.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with dashboard creation (e.g., Google Data Studio) and advanced Google toolset skills.
• Business Proficiency in English.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Travel Industry, Ancillary products, or B2C Subscription businesses.
• Comfort using practical AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
