What you will do

• Analyze product usage patterns and engagement to identify optimization opportunities and assess product health.
• Define and maintain key product funnels (activation, adoption, expansion) to monitor user journeys.
• Segment customers by behavioral and business attributes to uncover upsell opportunities and risk signals.
• Deliver actionable data-driven recommendations to product and business stakeholders.
• Design and interpret experiments (A/B testing) to measure the impact of product initiatives.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports to support product insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Solid foundation in statistics and probability theory for quantitative analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
• Ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools and automation to improve analytics workflows.
