What you will do
- Analyze product usage patterns and engagement to identify optimization opportunities and assess product health.
- Define and maintain key product funnels (activation, adoption, expansion) to monitor user journeys.
- Segment customers by behavioral and business attributes to uncover upsell opportunities and risk signals.
- Deliver actionable data-driven recommendations to product and business stakeholders.
- Design and interpret experiments (A/B testing) to measure the impact of product initiatives.
- Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports to support product insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Solid foundation in statistics and probability theory for quantitative analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
- Ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools and automation to improve analytics workflows.
