What you will do

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support main stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to guide management decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Define and monitor monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Analyze and optimize client performance, focusing on conversion rates (CVR), visibility, and product assortment.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to improve the quality and relevance of restaurant offerings.
• Segment client portfolios and proactively manage business data requests.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing data as an analyst.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Strong project management skills and experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Operations departments.
• Must be based in or able to work in Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake.
• Passion for gastronomy and the restaurant industry.
