What you will do

• Create and manage the roadmap for the hirify.global platform (intranet, learning, community, workplace).
• Analyze market, competition, and user needs to guide product development.
• Define user stories and manage the product backlog.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with development, UX/UI, QA, customers, and stakeholder teams.
• Coordinate product releases and communicate updates.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in a SaaS company.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with digital workplace products (e.g., intranet, LMS, community, workplace apps).
• Good understanding of UX/UI and SaaS product development lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish.

Nice to have

• Experience working with B2B enterprise clients.
• CSPO or PSPO certification.
