TL;DR
Solution Architect Team Leader (iGaming): Leading a team of Solution Architects to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions for betting and gaming platforms with an accent on distributed systems and cloud architecture. Location: Hybrid (up to 80% remote, 20% office attendance required)

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 Solution Architects, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee end-to-end solution architecture across 3–6 domains to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Review and approve solution designs, focusing on non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and security.
- Manage technical debt and trade-offs while supporting governance processes to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and delivery leads to translate business needs into clear architectural direction.
- Support the Head of Architecture in executing technology strategy and roadmaps through domain-level insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in high-scale, complex environments.
- Experience leading or mentoring architects or senior engineers.
- Expert understanding of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS), microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong expertise in APIs, integrations, data flows, and high-performance distributed systems.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
