What you will do

• Map, document, and analyze end-to-end finance processes, including P2P, O2C, R2R, and intercompany flows.
• Identify inefficiencies and control gaps to lead the delivery of automation and process improvements.
• Define and roll out standard operating procedures across acquired businesses to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Partner with NetSuite experts to translate operational requirements into system configurations and enhancements.
• Manage small-to-medium transformation initiatives from discovery and design through to rollout and adoption.
• Track operational KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of system and process changes.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in finance operations or finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R processes, particularly in multi-entity or post-acquisition environments.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite at a user, super-user, or functional consultant level.
• Proven track record of delivering improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
• Legal right to work in Ireland.
