What you will do

• Conduct regular quality reviews for credit limit updates, cash applications, and collection activities to ensure accuracy.
• Provide coaching and timely feedback to associates based on internal findings and GBS standards.
• Resolve escalated concerns from customers and internal stakeholders regarding outstanding balances and order releasing.
• Monitor and report on underpayments, overpayments, and aging buckets, specifically addressing items 60 days and above.
• Manage credit management activities and dunning processes to ensure financial targets are met.
• Ensure high-quality customer service in all interactions to facilitate timely trade receivable collection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in Credit and Collections and 3 years in stakeholder management.
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of SAP AR.
• Strong skills in account reconciliation, customer payment allocation, and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules or extended hours as required by business needs.
