What you will do

  • Manage client offboarding processes ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee financial reconciliations and prepare comprehensive final account reports.
  • Identify inefficiencies or risks in existing offboarding workflows and suggest improvements.
  • Independently handle complex offboarding cases with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain organizational standards and financial integrity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a client-fronting Accountant.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software.
  • Practical experience applying IFRS and IAS standards in financial statement preparation.
  • Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Google Docs and Spreadsheets.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Singapore compliance, ACRA, IRAS, and Singaporean filing.
  • Experience in public accounting practice.
