What you will do

• Direct and optimize the global GL shared services team to ensure accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Develop and enforce global accounting policies to maintain consistency across all regions.
• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce the financial close cycle.
• Partner with IT and finance transformation teams to implement ERP enhancements and standardization.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing shared services team while acting as a liaison between regional finance and headquarters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including global shared services management.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and local accounting standards.
• Proven experience in managing global accounting operations and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O.
