Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - Office attendance required around four days a week

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of programmatic specialists to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts (e.g., Booking.com), managing relationships based on trust and transparency.
  • Oversee budget pacing, investment commitments, and reconcile monthly vendor invoices.
  • Develop strategic budget allocations and annual channel plans with specific KPIs and targeting.
  • Collaborate with global vendors and internal teams to implement industry best practices in the US and EU video ecosystems.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities via custom solutions and tactical channel optimizations.

Requirements

  • Substantial hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, including deep knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing complex client relationships and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills for trend identification and data-driven problem solving.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work in London, UK

Nice to have

  • Google Marketing Platform Certification.
  • Experience with advanced analytics tools such as SQL or Python.
  • Strong business acumen regarding KPIs and business growth.
