What you will do

• Maintain structured documentation across Confluence and Jira.
• Capture and document business, technical, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering leads to translate complex solutions into clear artefacts.
• Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment across impacted teams.
• Track dependencies, risks, and potential breaking changes across multiple platforms.
• Support workshops and maintain a clear audit trail of decisions and impacts.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in complex technology or transformation programmes.
• Excellent documentation skills using Confluence and Jira.
• Experience in travel, airline, loyalty, or customer-facing digital platforms.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business-facing documentation.
• Experience tracking dependencies, risks, and decisions across multiple workstreams.

Nice to have

• Experience with API and integration-heavy programmes.
• Experience supporting architecture or platform modernization work.
• Previous experience in enterprise-scale environments with multiple stakeholder groups.
