What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario planning, and performance management for assigned CSO functions or regions.
• Translate operational drivers into forward-looking financial outcomes, scenarios, and tradeoffs.
• Develop executive-ready insights, commentary, and materials for monthly, quarterly, and annual planning reviews.
• Identify and quantify financial risks, opportunities, and productivity gains.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A deliverables through simplification, standardization, and automation tools.
• Act as a trusted finance advisor to CSO leaders, influencing strategic decisions and resourcing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
• 6–9 years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, or commercial finance.
• Advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience leading planning processes and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, ERP, FP&A systems, and BI tools.
