What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, including processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in compliance with internal controls.
• Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Support month-end closing procedures and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Contribute to the improvement of financial systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting.
• 1-2 years of experience in payments or a general accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with NetSuite.
