Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid (3x in office/week)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery for Health Cloud enhancements including Medscout integration, territory/account scoring, process automation, data model refactoring, and provider applications.
• Design, implement, and optimize complex automations using Flows and lightweight Apex for Health Cloud objects like Network Contracts and Provider Relationships.
• Manage external integrations with Medscout and Docusign, partnering with Legal, Security, and Compliance for full feature release compliance.
• Drive user adoption through peer demos and office hours, providing subject matter expertise.
• Ensure network data quality via governance reports, dashboards, validations, and audits.
• Maintain technical documentation and data dictionaries for major enhancements.

Requirements

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years’ experience
• 2+ years’ experience with Data Cloud
• Hands-on expertise in advanced automation and process design (Flows & Apex)
• Ability to create clear, effective documentation of business processes
• Strong governance mindset with deep knowledge of data modeling and integrations
• Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Consultant certification strongly preferred
• Experience in medical or insurance-related industries with HIPAA compliance standards strongly preferred
