What you will do

• Execute configuration and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce CPQ, including products, pricing, rules, templates, and approvals.
• Translate complex business processes into simplified, scalable CPQ solutions to improve usability and deal velocity.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to design frictionless quoting experiences.
• Implement and support robust pricing, discounting, and approval models ensuring speed and compliance.
• Optimize complex product and bundling structures to reduce rule complexity and maintenance overhead.
• Support AI initiatives to streamline quoting, reduce manual effort, and improve data quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Salesforce experience with deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong grasp of quote-to-cash, discounting strategy, and sales operations workflows.
• Expertise in CPQ configuration: product rules, price rules, approvals, and guided selling.
• Proven ability to translate user pain points into maintainable system solutions.
• Must be based in or near Austin, TX.
• Valid U.S. work authorization without requiring initial or new employer-sponsored visa.

• Exposure to APIs, integrations, and headless architecture concepts.
