Focus on proactively identifying risks, challenging requirements, and driving integrated delivery across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and middleware platforms.

What you will do

• Own end to end technical delivery across core enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, NetSuite ERP, integration platforms, eCommerce and CLM systems.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for cross system dependencies, integration sequencing, and delivery impacts.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to challenge requirements and translate business needs into technical requirements, integration impacts, and delivery trade offs and decisions.
• Proactively identify technical, data, and integration risks before they surface downstream.
• Build and maintain integrated delivery plans spanning multiple platforms and vendors.
• Support functional leaders by translating technical constraints into business level implications and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite ERP, integration platforms (Boomi or equivalent iPaaS), eCommerce platforms, CLM systems, APIs, middleware, and data integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, hybrid).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans.
• 8+ years experience across technical project or delivery management, business analysis in enterprise environments, and multi system application delivery.
