Location: Hybrid (Must work three days each week in the Omaha, NE office)

Salary: $103,040–$159,750

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the architectural framework for ServiceNow solutions.
• Design end-to-end workflows and integrations to meet complex business requirements.
• Define development standards, guidelines, and best practices for the platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to implement system enhancements.
• Validate configurations to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor ServiceNow Administrators and review custom code for adherence to platform best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience developing, configuring, and supporting a ServiceNow Platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of the ITIL framework.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical business owners.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Omaha, NE three days per week.
