Location: Hybrid in Kyiv, Ukraine. Must be fluent in Italian and have English B2 or higher.

What you will do

• Build trusted customer relationships and provide a first-class TRIOS onboarding experience.
• Communicate with customers via email, text, live chat, and phone calls.
• Plan and assist customers during their entire onboarding journey, ensuring they become confident TRIOS users.
• Verify product installation and deliver complete scanning hands-on training with follow-up guidance.
• Monitor users’ progress through the onboarding journey and escalate customers’ feedback.
• Enter client information into CRM and monitor users’ progress.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian, English level B2 and higher.
• Customer obsession and willingness to help.
• Strong ability to learn fast and learn new software.
• Strong communication skills to provide clear training and advice.
• Global mindset and ability to work across cultural boundaries.
