Location: Based in Kyiv region, Ukraine; office 3-4 days per week (no full remote), shuttle from nearest metro station; late shifts (14:00-23:00) can be done from home.

What you will do
- Provide user support via inbound chats and calls
- Identify issues, record cases in CRM, and analyze problems to find solutions
- Communicate with departments to resolve issues and generate reports
- Prepare documents for UAV and component repairs
- Prepare reports and communicate incidents with the manufacturer
Requirements
- High proficiency in English (German and other languages beneficial)
- Responsibility, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills
- Experience in online chat/technical support (preferred)
- Ability to construct clear and concise sentences quickly
