What you will do

• Execute OTC trades ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends and analyze trading opportunities using a deep understanding of options and financial derivatives.
• Coordinate trading strategies and initiatives through effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to manage financial risk comfortably.
• Utilize and enhance trading algorithms to hedge derivatives and optimize client transaction performance.

Requirements

• 2-8 years of trading experience, preferably in the cryptocurrency market.
• Solid understanding of options, pricing, greeks, and gamma hedging.
• Must be located in New York or another US Time-Zone.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for internal and client coordination.
• High attention to detail and comfort with handling financial risk.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
