What you will do

• Facilitate hedging needs for institutional client flows, ensuring best-in-class service and risk management.
• Manage principal trading exposure by building and optimizing pricing and risk models.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams to automate manual trading tasks via Python.
• Analyze market narratives to contribute perspectives to internal research and increase client engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and help implement enhancements to the trading desk processes.
• Respond to changing exposures and client requests during weekend and off-hours rotations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an OTC trader in the cryptocurrency space.
• Demonstrated ability to convert institutional prospects into active trading clients.
• Expert knowledge of crypto market microstructure and both electronic and voice trading.
• Comfortability using and modifying Python code to automate desk tasks.
• Availability for rotations on weekends and off-hours.
