What you will do

• Headhunt mid-to-senior front office professionals in niches such as Sales & Trading, Structuring, Research, or Investment Management.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach and interviews to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
• Utilize best-in-class technology and data tools to map markets, identify niche talent, and track hiring trends.
• Negotiate agreements and act as a strategic talent partner for revenue-generating hires.

Requirements

• Relevant professional recruitment experience.
