What you will do

• Drive yield and test time improvements while executing NPI ramp-to-production plans.
• Perform statistical data analysis and reporting for external customers.
• Collaborate with design, test, validation, and manufacturing teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Manage yield enhancement and cost reduction projects.
• Support failure analysis, risk assessment, and corrective actions to ensure product robustness.
• Provide product support for customer samples and returns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Must be able to access technical data without an export license.
• Strong understanding of statistics and experience with high-volume data analysis tools like JMP or SAS.
• Knowledge of hardware design and semiconductor reliability basics.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Visual Basic.
• Experience with AI for engineering process efficiency.
• Familiarity with Teradyne IG-XL tester platform.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes like CPK analysis, GRR, and OSAT production release.
