What you will do

• Design marketing and automated email templates within HubSpot.
• Maintain and update design systems for email and PowerPoint templates across brands.
• Collaborate with project/product managers and developers to define project goals, requirements, and timelines.
• Translate complex concepts into high-quality graphics and animated visual stories.
• Partner with executives and content writers to create engaging keynote presentations for internal and external events.
• Update style guidelines and asset libraries based on user feedback and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a brand designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, Miro, HTML, and MS365.
• Strong experience designing decks in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a11y best practices.
• Must be based in the US and able to work PST hours.
