What you will do

• Develop and evolve brand identity systems, style guides, and visual frameworks ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
• Lead creation of high-impact marketing campaigns and multi-channel content across digital, social, web, and physical experiences
• Partner with product, marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive visual storytelling
• Translate brand strategy into compelling creative execution for visually strong, purpose-driven designs
• Produce creative assets including digital ads, social content, presentations, videos, web assets, and experiential materials
• Lead end-to-end creative initiatives from concept to execution while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or art direction with a strong portfolio
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end creative projects in fast-paced environments
• Strong expertise in typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and design aesthetics
• Advanced experience creating multi-channel content including digital, social, web, video, print, and experiential design
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools
• Strong conceptual thinking, communication skills, and collaborative mindset
