Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (CAD)

What you will do

• Develop strategic, on-brand creative concepts and visual collateral.
• Execute interactive projects and print layouts based on wireframes and copy decks.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and critiques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Present and sell creative concepts directly to clients.
• Maintain production proficiency to oversee projects from start to finish.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in a design studio or marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, typography, and design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, and Mac OS.
• Expertise in both digital (including mobile) and print production processes.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Toronto, Ontario.
