Location: Must be based in Redwood City, CA (in-office 4 days a week). Relocation assistance available for candidates moving to the Bay Area.

Salary: $180,000 – $250,000

hirify.global is an AI startup building a state-of-the-art data curation suite to automatically optimize training data for large-scale models.

What you will do

• Design marketing assets, including social content, one-pagers, decks, email campaigns, and event materials.
• Create branded merchandise, swag, and physical conference collateral.
• Maintain and evolve company brand guidelines as the organization grows.
• Partner with GTM and leadership to produce compelling, on-brand visual content.
• Write clear, on-brand copy for headlines, social captions, and product microcopy.
• Contribute to product UI and UX by designing reusable components, wireframes, and visual polish.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of design experience with a strong portfolio spanning marketing and brand work.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to design both marketing materials and product screens with equal confidence.
• Strong illustration and animation skills to bring the brand to life.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Redwood City, CA.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, high-ownership early-stage startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in motion design or video editing.
• Background in AI, developer tools, or data infrastructure.
• Experience building or maintaining a design system.
