Salary: $53,000 – $108,000 per year

What you will do

• Produce high-quality visuals for digital and print platforms, including presentations, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Create infographics, motion graphics, and videos to effectively communicate key concepts.
• Develop and maintain brand identity and consistency across all deliverables using style guides.
• Apply UI/UX principles to create intuitive designs and improve client workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of strategists, writers, and developers to integrate design and functionality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design or multimedia production for online and offline platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and MS Office.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or XD.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience working with government or defense-sector clients.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web development tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics work.
