What you will do

• Inspire and mentor designers in best practices, processes, and ideation to raise team quality.
• Own projects from concept to completion, including landing pages, digital/OOH campaigns, presentation decks, sales sheets, and PDF guides.
• Design and resize ad units, branded content, social media visuals, and web projects.
• Shape brand strategic vision and evolve brand language while improving existing designs.
• Collaborate with Marketing team to execute graphic design needs and provide feedback.
• Present solutions to the creative team and drive excellence in all work.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English
• 5+ years of related experience with an impressive portfolio of innovative visual solutions
• Clean, modern design aesthetic and strong typographic skills
• Ability to understand and apply brand standards consistently
• Experience initiating creative ideas independently from process to execution
• Kind, empathic, collaborative problem-solver who values diversity and inclusion
