What you will do

• Lead financial planning and analysis including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, P&L analysis, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis
• Drive business performance management by monitoring metrics, optimizing costs, and partnering with sales and operations on profitability
• Handle financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and support audits
• Act as finance business partner supporting pricing, contracts, project evaluation, and strategic initiatives
• Lead special projects like M&A analysis, investment appraisal, and process automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related; CPA/ACCA/CMA/CFA certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years in financial planning, accounting, business controlling, or corporate finance
• Profound knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting
• Advanced Excel; experience with ERP (SAP, Onestream), BI tools (Power BI)
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to meet deadlines
