QA Engineering Specialist (Cybersecurity): Leading and executing product quality strategies for BT’s service offerings and products with an accent on designing test strategies for business-critical initiatives. Focus on delivering complex analysis to understand the impacts and causes of defects and issues, driving the team of QA analysts to investigate, identify and define advanced solutions.

Location: Onsite in London (5 days office based). Must have lived in UK for 10+ years to obtain DV Security Clearance.

Salary: An allowance of £5k per annum may be payable monthly while you hold DV Security Clearance.

What you will do

• Lead and execute product quality strategies for BT’s service offerings and products, designing test strategies for business-critical initiatives and development.
• Execute a range of testing activities inclusive of test case creation, diagnostics and test data strategy for a portfolio.
• Lead the full lifecycle integration testing to support complex projects to define and drive the deliverables required.
• Contribute to the design and development of test automation solutions that validate the functionality of applications.
• Deliver complex analysis to understand the impacts and causes of defects and issues, driving the team of QA analysts to investigate, identify and define advanced solutions.
• Mentor other QA engineers, helping to improve the team’s abilities by acting as a technical resource.

Requirements

• Experience in Test Management and Test Planning.
• Proficiency in Manual and Automated Testing.
• Experience in Test Case Design and Writing.
• Knowledge of Functional and Non-Functional Testing.
• Experience with Test Management tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, XRAY.
• Ansible coding experience.
• OSI model awareness.
• Must have lived in UK for 10+ years to obtain DV Security Clearance.

• ISTQB certification.
