What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Engineers to foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute a comprehensive Quality Engineering strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks across UI, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Evaluate and integrate AI-powered testing tools to improve test coverage, efficiency, and defect detection.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to embed quality-by-design principles throughout the SDLC.
• Monitor quality metrics and KPIs using data analytics tools to drive informed improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and mentoring Quality Engineering or Software QA teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with software testing and automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Experience with API testing and contract testing in distributed or microservices architectures.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience applying AI tools within software testing or engineering workflows.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with Power BI.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of regulated industries such as EHS, ESG, or Finance.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• ISTQB certification or relevant AI-focused training.
