What you will do

• Develop and implement reimbursement strategies for existing and pipeline products in the Netherlands.
• Adapt global value dossiers and economic models to meet local HTA requirements.
• Lead pricing and reimbursement negotiations with local payers and authorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, legal, and finance to ensure market access excellence.
• Manage external consultants and prepare high-quality reimbursement submissions.
• Monitor the local access environment and provide strategic feedback to international management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands or willing to work on-site in Haarlem.
• Advanced degree in health economics, public health, medicine, business, or related field.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical market access, specifically at the country level.
• In-depth understanding of Dutch payer environment, HTA processes, and reimbursement decision-making.
• Experience leading successful negotiations for high-priced medicines in rare diseases.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt global economic models to local needs.
