What you will do

• Plan and lead client-facing projects focusing on PMO, business requirements, and process optimization.
• Develop strategic plans, roadmaps, and solution designs to improve business performance.
• Oversee system validation, implementations, and data governance initiatives.
• Manage budgets, SOWs, and contribute to business development and thought leadership.
• Supervise staff and take accountability for team performance and deliverable quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the life sciences industry.
• Solid understanding of the drug development lifecycle and supporting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience working in a global environment with interdisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Expertise in clinical systems (eTMF, CTMS) or regulatory systems (RIM, IDMP).
• Knowledge of safety information systems or quality systems (QMS, CAPA).
• Experience in document migration and global R&D submission processes.
