What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers and technical professionals to achieve organizational goals.
• Develop and execute the strategic vision for advanced manufacturing engineering initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement emerging manufacturing technologies, processes, and equipment to drive innovation.
• Optimize manufacturing workflows and systems to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to integrate manufacturing solutions.
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and capital investments while monitoring performance via KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience (Master’s preferred).
• 5-7 years of technical experience, preferably in the orthopedic or medical device field.
• 1-5 years of experience managing engineers or other technical personnel.
• Project management experience with a demonstrated ability to align multi-functional teams.
• Proven track record in developing manufacturing processes and driving tangible process improvements.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
