What you will do

• Perform precision hand soldering and rework of fine-pitch SMT components.
• Build, modify, and rework prototype and low-volume PCBs with high reliability.
• Execute board bring-up, validation, and functional testing using lab instrumentation.
• Design and fabricate custom cables and wire harnesses, including connector selection and shielding.
• Collaborate with engineers via Altium Designer to support layout reviews and documentation.
• Manage calibration and maintenance of lab and test equipment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in advanced electronics assembly and board-level debug in R&D.
• Expertise in fine-pitch SMT soldering and rework techniques (IPC certifications preferred).
• Strong experience with cable fabrication and harness assembly.
• Ability to debug circuits using oscilloscope, DMM, and logic analyzers.
• Proficiency in reading schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform highly detailed bench work for extended periods with excellent hand stability and visual acuity.
