Property Manager

TL;DR

Property Manager: Overseeing the operational, financial, and compliance health of a diverse portfolio of properties with an accent on exceptional customer service and quality living environment. Location: This is an on-site position which requires regular travel between properties in the Greater Portland area.

Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

• Collaborate with site management and maintenance teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Guide day-to-day operations, including move-ins, lease renewals, and inspections.
• Ensure financial management aligns with Avesta’s mission and core values.
• Work with Resident Services Coordinators and local organizations to create engaging activities.
• Support a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all residents.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience managing multi-family housing preferred.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Experience with contract preparation and monitoring budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate in English.
