Property Manager

Location: 100% in-office in Chantilly, VA. Remote work is not an option.

What you will do

• Lead daily and long-term operations, including team scheduling, task assignment, and performance coaching.
• Direct financial activities such as monthly reporting, annual operating budgets, and capital planning.
• Manage vendor procurement, invoice approvals, and contract compliance to ensure optimal property operations.
• Oversee lease administration, including move-ins, move-outs, and tenant transitions.
• Maintain property standards through regular inspections and coordination of maintenance or reconditioning.
• Act as the primary contact for property owners, ensuring all contractual and financial objectives are met.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of related experience in commercial, retail, or industrial property management.
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to prepare budgets, ROI analysis, and variance reports.
• Ability to work on-site daily in Chantilly, VA, with flexibility for after-hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Nice to have

• CPM or RPA professional designation.
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, or Kardin software.
