What you will do

• Manage team responses to tenant needs and ensure building technical staff resolve problems promptly.
• Direct the preparation and presentation of annual operating and capital budgets.
• Oversee lease administration, including rent collection, reconciliations, and lease changes.
• Manage vendor sourcing, procurement, and contract compliance to ensure optimal property operations.
• Lead and mentor the property team, including recruiting, training, and performance evaluations.
• Act as the primary contact for property owners, ensuring objectives are met through insightful reporting.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work 100% in-office in Austin, TX.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, budgeting, and variance reporting.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi or MRI, and CMMS systems.
