What you will do

• Drive corporate sales targeting by evaluating markets and promotional opportunities.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with hospital personnel.
• Provide technical expertise through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Train and educate the Field Sales Organization (FSO) and customers on the clinical usage of company products.
• Monitor and drive for improved profitability of individual agencies.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure the FSO remains engaged and focused on driving success with the product line.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong understanding of the orthopaedic industry.
• Knowledge of the market nationally.
• Ability to interact with surgeons and sales personnel.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel 75% of time.
