Focus on maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring accounts payable processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What you will do

  • Process supplier invoices, including posting multi-currency purchase invoices.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve accounts payable queries.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely invoice processing.
  • Perform daily bank postings and reconciliations.
  • Review and approve expense claims to ensure they meet company policy and finance standards.
  • Maintain the accounts payable inbox and task management.

Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with VAT.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • First class communication skills, including fluent in written and spoken English, competent at communicating at all levels with both finance and non-finance teams.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or finance support role.
  • Experience working in a multi-entity or international business environment.
